We want to give students as much insight into the world of work as possible and support them in starting their careers. We cooperate with universities and offer projects as part of our "Hettich Experience" program.

During the project work, which is recognized as a course achievement, the students get to know Hettich and maintain close contact with their mentors.

OWL Student Fund

Hettich supports the Student funds OWL foundation, a cooperation project between Bielefeld University, Paderborn University, Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences, thereby not only strengthening the region as a business and university location, but also actively promoting and securing young talent.

Every year, we support a young talent through this foundation. Half of the scholarship is financed by federal funds and the other half by Hettich.
