Corporate Treasury Manager

• You will develop and implement the treasury strategy of the Hettich Group (cash management, liquidity management, financing, interest and currency management).
• You will develop and implement strategies for the optimal financing structure and for hedging interest rate and currency risks.
• You will negotiate financing agreements with domestic and foreign banks independently.
• You will be responsible for the communication with banks and credit insurers and you are the point of contact for the auditors regarding financial topics.
• You will be the main internal contact for all financial topics (such as financing, cash, liquidity and currency management) throughout the Group and an advisor on working capital issues.
• You will prepare the short and medium-term liquidity planning of the Group and coordinate/ analyse the financial planning of the subsidiaries.
• You will ensure the HGB-compliant evaluation and accounting of the financial instruments used as well as compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC, EMIR, etc.).
• You will organise the intercompany financing of the subsidiaries via cash pooling or Group loans.
• You will support the accounts receivable management and manage existing credit insurance contracts.
• As part of the team, you will control and support financial planning and the processing of electronic payment transactions.
• You will develop, automate and digitalise treasury processes using new technologies (e.g. AI) with a future-oriented approach.
• You will work with a networked and goal-oriented approach in collaboration with many other Hettich experts. (E.g. from the areas of law, taxes, controlling, accounting, compliance, auditing, commercial network).

• You should have a degree in economics - ideally with additional training as a Certified Corporate Treasurer.
• You should have multiple years of professional experience in the areas of treasury, financing, accounting and/or have worked on the banking side.
• You should have a high level of personal responsibility, independence and solution orientation and enjoy working in a team.
• You should be able to work independently, on your own initiative and with a solution-oriented approach, and be a team player.
• You should be good with numbers and IT, have an analytical mind and be able to explain complex interrelationships in an understandable way.
• You should speak fluent German and English.
