Your duties

The Hettich Group is one of the world's largest and most successful manufacturers of furniture hardware. Around 8.000 colleagues in almost 80 countries work together to inspire people all over the world to create magical interior solutions. We enable our partners and customers to achieve more. Based in Germany the family owned business was founded in 1888 and is currently in the hands of the 4th generation. We are seeking a modern and hands on sales driven Managing Director to grow our presence in Mexico.

Your key responsibilities:

  • You lead the Mexican organisation to ensure steadily growth with full P&L responsibility
  • You define the sales strategy for a premium brand and for a larger medium-price market in Mexico with a second brand (two brand strategy).
  • You actively drive new domestic projects based on the customer needs
  • You implement a strong Hettich Mexico company culture that encourages all colleagues to contribute their strengths and creative power in a team- and network-oriented way
  • You are part of a great team that complements each other in a trustful manner

Your profile

  • You are internationally experienced and have a good understanding of the Mexican market.
  • You are business fluent in Spanish and English; German would be a plus.
