Head of Finance and Commercial

• Leading, inspiring and enabling teams of local Finance Controlling & Accounting and Commercial part (HR, IT, Procurement). 
• Steering local financial planning and reporting aligned with Hettich Group and Hettich Žďár nad Sázavou strategic and financial goals.
• Providing  analysis and forecasting bring insight and transparency to our services provided to the Group and third parties.
• Advising on implications of business activities and strategic initiatives in cooperation with the headquarter.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls, maintaining impeccable integrity and managing operational risk.
• Fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders within the Hettich Group.
• You will be part of the local management team in Žďár nad Sázavou
• Participation in decision-making, incl strategic development. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of Hettich Czech Republic.

• You have an university degree (ideally commercial uviversity)
• Several years of experience in a similar management position is essential, ideally in production company
• You have previously worked in a matrix organisation and thrive in a dynamic international corporate environment.
• Your Czech and English is at a professional level. German language will be an advantage.
• You see think entrepreneurially and work internally and externally as bridge builder in a networkoriented manner.
• As a visionary, initiator und innovator, you promote change and further development.
• You demonstrate your management, methodological and organisational development skills through practical experience.
• You are internationally experienced and have a strong understanding of commercial subjects.
